I chose Dayna Wilson to handle the sale of my parents’ home and to find a smaller one in Rossmoor and couldn’t be happier with the decision. As power of attorney for my parents, I made the majority of the decisions and was responsible for the legwork involved. So it was important to me to find someone who understood this move was important for them physically but was going to be emotionally challenging as well. I knew right away Dayna was the right choice not only because she specialized in senior moves, but because she seemed to truly care and understand the changes that were about to take place.
My parents’ home was sold in a weekend; it was beautifully staged and sold well over asking. Since I was juggling work, my own family and my parents, good communication was critical for us to close escrow on time. She answered all of my calls, emails and texts in a timely manner and was always patient, kind and professional.
After the home was sold, we started the process of finding a home in Rossmoor. We had many limitations but sure enough, we found the perfect place with ALL of our requirements. Dayna was open and honest with me so I trusted her to help us make this huge change in my parents life. I felt comfortable as she guided me every step of the way, her knowledge of contracts were exemplary and I always knew what to expect and when to expect it. I truly don’t know how she fit in other clients with all the extra paperwork we had with the POA docs but she made it all happen.
All in all, I felt she truly listened to our needs, concerns and was enjoyable to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor and especially if they are in the process of moving their parents to another home or assisted living."
