Certified Seniors Downsizing Coach Certification

I am proud to have recently completed SREI's 2025 Spring session of Senior Downsizing Coach Skills Training!

I am focused on continuing education to better serve my clients, offer additional skills and tools in my toolkit to help them get "unstuck," and make progress toward their goals.

As a Certified Senior Downsizing Coach (CSDC®), I am not a coach by adding a label to my business card but am TRULY equipped to serve as a capable, competent, and caring guide as I coach and consult people through the entire downsizing and decision-making processes.

It's certainly not an easy program, and it's also a significant investment of time and dollars. But as we all know, if it were easy, everyone would be doing it!

This training has been an incredible opportunity to once again review some topics and gain fresh perspective on others. So proud of my fellow Certified Downsizing Coaches and thankful for the training, coaching, education, and community at the Seniors Real Estate Institute!

Nikki Buckelew and Chris Buckelew, you have been my support and mentors for going on 16 years.
